I did not answer this call when it first came in and they did not leave a message. I called the number back and got an auto response stating they were the United States Department of Prescription Cards and if I was calling in for a public prescription card, I should continue holding as they are experiencing high call volume. I left it on speaker for about 5 minutes and no one ever came on the line.
