Heavy Indian accent wanting to talk to my wife regarding "pending legal action". When I challenged the reason for his call he became belligerent and said "fine then I'll just file the legal action and your wife can deal with that" and then hung up. Call came at 5:55 pm EST from a California number 213-437-6040. A call back rang to a voice mail with the same callers voice claiming to be Jason Parker with the DoT.
