They call claiming you have been granted $7,000.00 from the US government. Then they want $250.00 to "process" your grant. Clearly Asian decent and accent. I would place the Accent as Philippine in origin (I used to be married to a Philippine woman)

I got the same phone call tonight (3/18/14) and I could barely understand the guy because his accent was so thick. He called about 7 times today then I finally answered the "unavailable" call...not smart. He had my address. freaky!
