Called stated his company, asked to speak with our Manager, named a department which we do not have, asked for my personal information. I refused and asked what was the purpose of the call, stated packages were lost and he was told to call per his VP instructions. I started to ask who send the packages, does he have tracking information he hung up quickly.

Asked for the owner by name which is incorporated into our company name. I asked "which one" (ie: Sr or Jr) and said it was for failure of delivery on a package. I kept asking questions - said he'd call back.
