Adding to my previous post, in general Geek Squad is not supposed to refer me to a third party. After asking them why did they do so, they out right said that I must have been to another website other then their own. I know it was Geek Squad because I clicked on their icon already on my desktop that they put on there and the icon I always use when communicating with them.

I was given a 1-800-445-2790 number by Geek Squad. Intern they gave me another number to call 1-877-931-1211. They passed themselves out to be Webroot Anti-virus Tech. After remote contolling my computer they showed me hacking was involved. Charge me $249.99. They zipped by the policy and agreement so quick and had me sign for the fix. They never showed the policy until you can only print it out, and they were not who they said the were. After harassing me on the phone I managed to get $150.00 back. They said the other hundred was to pay for a license they already bought from Microsoft. They never proved they bought the license and there was no indication of software installed on my computer for them to remove. How could they remove something if I uninstalled Team Viewer desktop remote software.

India accent, two men one came on for they 199.99 they were asking for. I could not understand his name. I was not harassed. He was kind of upset because I did not have the money and wanted me to go to Walmart and by 2 100.00 Itunes gift card and call him and give him the numbers on the cards I said no.Then he told me to send a check to them in MD.today Then I went on line and found out they are scammers?
