He says he is an attorney for west associates legal division. Called 5 times in 5 minutes and when I answered the 5th call, he claims to have a federal lawsuit against me for a visa card from 2005 and when I explained it was past the statue of limitations for Minnesota standards. he accused me of lying. On the 4th call he left one voice mail telling me I had a federal lawsuit against me and wished me good luck. And while I was on the phone with an attorney for advise, he called 2 more times making it 7 calls from 3 pm to 312 pm

Calling me all day and when I wouldn't take his calls he started calling everyone I knew looking for me. I called him and told him he is violating my privacy and he needed to stop harassing me and my family and whatever he wanted from me he needed to put in writing. He said he had to have my social before he could do anything. When I told him no - he hung up on me. Total JERK!

Ah I got a call from "Chuck Thomas" months ago... after heavy research and digging the company he called from (which in my VM says WEST AND ASSOCIATES) is not in fact legit. What did your lawyer say while you were on the phone did he advise you to ignore them?
