He said he was collecting on a MasterCard from 2007. When I asked who issued the credit card he said my husband did. Said court papers were going to be served if we did not pay a settlement agreement immediately (right that moment.) I told him I would have to call back and he started threatening me that someone was set to come out momentarily.

This is the 3rd or 4th threatening phone call I have gotten. I also have 2 more numbers they left. All different, but from NY. The first time they called I requested they email the paperwork. I gave them my email address but never received anything. The 1st call was 5858615246, 2nd 5853004187, and todays (11/10/2014) was 5856450773. I have googled them and they come up on scam lists. please take this to heart
