This is a scam. "Conard Champion", "debbie watson", and "JOE AUGUSTON" are clearly associated with these acammers. Several of them don't even know that Windows is a Microsoft Corp. product. Nice try...

Told me he was from Windows Tech. Dept. and my computer was downloading viruses/information without my knowledge. This company has called us 4 times.

Some foreign sounding guy (possibly from India) called to say he was from a company called "Windows Technical Department" and that my computer alerted them to hackers that were downloading bogus software without my knowledge or permission. So I played dumb and said it was my husbands computer and I didn't know anything about it. I asked him his name and he said, "John Wilson, ID # J2210." Then I asked if my husband could call him back and he gave the number 202-204-4467. I looked that up and it supposedly belongs to a woman in Washington DC.
What "John" wanted me to do was key in whatever he told me to. I think this would have given him access to my computer. What a joke. Hacker/Phishing scam.
