I received a call from 443-380-1994; Caller ID read "Gwynn Oak, MD". I answered & immediately hung up. Within 30 seconds I received another call (coincidence?) from "BBANDKB-310-870-9225",
Which I also immediately answered and immediately hung up. Upon researching I learned the 443 number was listed to WINSTAR COMMUNICATIONS, LLC... but upon checking THEM, I discovered they became a defunct company. So who is using their name as a cover?

this guy was relentless.he threatened me with legal action but would never explain what for.wanted my personal info so i cussed him out and called him names such as terrorist,hajii,and the like.also told him to stop harassing me but the guy kept calling after i hung up.
