Phoned me twice once last week Thursday Aug 21 and again Sunday Aug 24 telling me the same thing, He was from my windows provider and they are receiving information coming from my computer that should not be coming to them. He wanted me to go to my computer and get my IP address.
I knew immediately he was full of it but I wanted to see what he would say. I hung up on him both times.
