Called started automated and asked me to press 9 if I wanted to lower the rate on my credit card. When I got a live person, I asked her what credit card she was calling about and what my name is. The caller got rude telling me that I should know what my name is. I said that I do but I wanted her to tell me who it is they were calling and what credit card the call was in reference to. After I said that she was trying to scam me, she hung up. When I tried to call back, I got a message from VZW that the call could not go through.

After 7 calls on Sunday I finally got person onother end to answer me. At first all they wanted to know who I was and I repeatedly asked who was calling. I fgot anything from this is a business callto are you hwo we want to talk to. When they tell me they are calling on behalf of Capital one bank I told them to get off my back and hung up on them. 7 times they called on a Sunday no less. I believe this is what is known as harrasement. They are a pain and very rude on phone once you get them to answer.

Called relatives, interrogating them. Said he was a lawyer. I had federal charges pending for a bad check to a online payday loan company in 2006. I returned his call. He wouldnt tell mecwhat company, who he was, or let me talk. He threatened me and hung up the phone. I think its a scam or a really bad collector.

I called back and the number said THE MAGIC JACK CALLER IS NOT TAKING CALLS AT THIS TIME. Man I spoke with answered phone HELLO. NO company name, NO personal name. but sure as hell asked for my name. I told him I would not give him my name when he asked. I told him to remove my number. He said well if you don't give me your name how can I remove your number. I said my number and told him to remove it. He said he would but remained on the phone. I asked him again and he said he would. I told him I was a stay at home mom and do not have a paycheck to get a loan with. He hung up...TOTAL SCAMMERS.. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO...

This is a person trying to commit fraud and theft. Offering either government business loan or saying your vehicle info is wrong. I am on do not call national list also. They live on elm road I. wI but I was not going to spent money thru I tellos to find out her name but anyone else can. They give number to press that is suppose to take you off list but it does not function properly and when trying to tell them nicely not to call they hung up refusing to give name. If they continue to bother me through my recovery from illness I will pay I tells for name to let everyone know. I have reported them to consumer affairs. Please tell your elderly friends not to fall victim to the vehicle scam. I dislike identity thefts

I first received a call from this guy claiming he was a FBI agent that worked for ssm group llc . He said his name was jake rockwell then I get calls fro the same person diff # and name this time his name was kevin peterson and he was the attorney general of california. Then I get call from this same guy same day now nameddavid Thompson and he claims he is a NY fruad investigator and if I don't call him back he was going to have me arrested he left a number and said get this his name was Todd kimball when at the beginning of this msg his name was david Thompson so in 30 secs his name went fro david Thompson to Todd kimball thats when I knew this was a scammer I was dealing with I contacted the FTC and BBB if you get contacted bye this guy turn him in to the proper authoritys because he is a scammer and need to be found and put away and stopped a few of the # he's known to use is585-322-1126.. 707-261-5819.. 951-489-0233 and many more names and #'s he uses online caller id spoff calling on most of his #'s so you can't call him back this person is a loser who's been caught up in a bunch of lies by me. He cannot do anything to anybody he is NOT law enforcement of any kind he's just a foreign loser who's to lazy to work so he starts scamming peoples hard earned money if your contacted by this person please report him to local law enforcement and the ftc and bbb agencies this fuckin loser needs to be stoped
