I received a recorded message of "last chance to lower credit card rates on your credit card, press 9 now". According to my internet search, this phone number belongs to David and Sheila Sutton who live in and own a single family residential 3 bed, 1 bath 1,369 sqft single family residential hom at 44151 Mary Sauls Circle, Callahan, Fl. 32011. Other residents at that address are Naomi Barnes and Alicia Lauricella. David is purported to be caucasian and in service oriented occupations. Sheila is purported caucasian, a high school graduate and a craftsman/blue collar worker. https://homemetry.com/Callahan+FL/MARY+SAULS+CIR

Phishing scheme. This one was hilarious. I got an automated voice message about "this is your credit card company with an urgent message about lowering your interest rate." Really. "Press one to lower your interest rate." I pressed one and I got a live dude.
"Thank you for pressing one, are you responding to the message about lowering your interest rate?"
"I am..."
He started saying something else on his script and I wasn't done, so I cut him off and said
"I want you to take me off your list, I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and..."
He cuts me off:
"Oh yeah? Really? Really? Really? Really? Really?"
"Hey you called me, dude."
*click*
LOL!

Call was robot asking if I wanted to lower interest on a credit card "push 1" I could tell it was scam, pushed 1, person asked me my name, I responded with you called me regarding one of my cards, she said "yes would you like to lower your interest?" I responded "Which card are you calling about" She hung up. I tried to call back several times - repeatedly busy.
