What he is doing is not localy illegal and cannot be Prosecuted by local athorities, But is a felony if they could ever get enough civil reports of fraud If you send him money you did it willingly and would halfto take them to small claims if you ever find who it really is.

I received e-mails that I was "Approved" to rent to own to buy their home. She asked that I sent money immediately and I responded that I would like an e-mail of the documents so that my attorney could take a look at them. We will see what she responds...Here is a copy of her e-mail:
