They are scammers!!! Don't trust them. They will ask you to put money on a green dot card and will tell you that you will receive the loan in 30 mins. No money will be there it's all a scam and I hope the private investigators see this and take action ASAP!!!! Plz help I lost money from these bad people.

when he called he asked for my fiance. when i said that she was unavailable and asked who this was, he said "this is alex with customer service" and then hung up. i called back and kept getting hung up on until after the 4th time calling back. i ask to speak with a manager and a micheal came on the phone. he wouldn't identify himself any other way other then his first name, then continued to argue with me about how rhetorical the call was. He said that i should of just asked to be taken off the list, but how do i do that when first off i dont know who they were, and secondly i wasn't given a chance to do so. very rude company. they have something to do with chronic pain.

Called stating there was a problem with Windows operating system; hackers could get in and steal info and/or computer will crash. Kept asking if I was in front of computer, wanting me to turn on computer so he could fix. Tried to get more info on who he was and WHY he was calling. Said calling from Salt Lake City and that was trying to fix the problem with my computer. Told him to give me Web link where I could check for myself and download any patches or fixes for the problem, this is how companies usually provide solutions to known problems with their products. He told me there was no fix I could do myself. That's when I knew for sure this was a SCAM. Like Microsoft is really going to personally call every Windows user to fix their operating system free of charge! Asked him what version of Windows had this supposed problem (since he claimed to know so much about my operating system), just rattled off all versions. Told him I was going to investigate the supposed problem and if one was found, would take care of myself. He asked me to call back on (952)967-6389 and have call transferred to him, Alex.

BOGUS SCAM ARTIST - WARN EVERYONE! Very convincing and patient, answering and responding to questions which usually will make most scanners hung up.

Received multiple calls from (646)527-9097 stating that one of my personal loans have been approved yet I the only loan i applied for is from my bank so first off how did they get my number and why do they keep calling when I tell them they have the worng number?! Next i received 2 voicemails explaining who what and why they are calling and again after talking with this individual (yes he has an accent and cannot speak clearly) he still continues to call. The last straw has been that his last message on 10/23/13 @ 10:23 am PST he leaves a voicemail where he is moaning and telling me "f**k you" the message lasts almost a minute long of moaning and swearing. Is there nothing we can do to stop these harassing phone calls.I plan on posting the good and bad voicemails on facebook twitter and what ever social media wesites I can to stop this company and harassing employee from calling me and others. I am pissed and irritated!!
