Called to say they were showing up at my door or my workplace to deliver court papers for a bad check to put me in jail. He would only give me this number to call but when I did it hung up on me. I have no bad check so I wanted to clear my name and called the local sheriff. He advised me to file a complaint with the state attorney general so I did. These people have been sued for their collection activities and for false debt activities. Demand written proof of the debt and if its not forthcoming then report them.

Called to say they were showing up at my door or my work place to serve papers on me for fraud and a bad check. When I tried to get more information they wouldn't give me any. Then they implied i was going to be arrested. When my son tried to call them back they would not respond. Through internet posts I have found out they are not process servers but a debt collector for an overseas company. O have reported them to the BBB and the Attorney Generals office in Texas.
