Called saying I qualified to have interest rates on credit cards lowered for life. $700 "one time transaction fee" that could be broken up into 3 monthly payments. Eventually wanted me to call the credit card company with them on the line while I verified my identify and authorized the card company to talk to them. Verification includes giving your SSN and answering security questions while they were on the line. I said I wouldn't give non-public identifying info with them on the phone and I'd pass on their offer. They called back a week later threatening to send the unpaid "transaction" fee to collections of I didn't pay it. I told "Sam" I didn't complete a transaction with them and they provided no services and weren't entitled to a fee. He kept trying to say it was too late and the fee couldn't be reversed. Total scam!

"hello, this is HEATHER from ACCOUNT SERVICES" re lowering interest, etc..
Have asked both verbally and by pressing on phone option NOT to call again, but they continue to do so.
Its a scam to gather personal and financial info.
If you ask them a question, they will just hang up on you.
PLEASE REPORT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE CALLS TO THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and maybe someone there will take action to stop these scammers who have nothing better to do than to
try to ruin other peoples lives and do dishonest things.
