Have asked both verbally and by pressing on phone option NOT to call again, but they continue to do so.
Its a scam to gather personal and financial info.
If you ask them a question, they will just hang up on you.
PLEASE REPORT EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE CALLS TO THE DO NOT CALL REGISTRY and maybe someone there will take action to stop these scammers who have nothing better to do than to
try to ruin other peoples lives and do dishonest things.

I got rid of all robo calls by getting them on and saying to them "home grown Al-Qaeda agent I have received encoded message, send all calls, flea bomb my white house and kill kill the fleas within". Using keywords I have initiated an NSA wiretap" . Repeat over and over. I made a recording to play They no like NSA and go away.

Origin shows Maine number. Call at 1027 a.m. but when I asked caller what time it is (to see if she knows what time zone she's allegedly in) she did not know. Call was to offer to lower credit card interest rates but she did not know my name and asked what my outstanding balance is. Spam, and not even intelligent spam.

786-766-2632 listed as a SPOOFED NUMBER. How
legit can anyone be when using a spoofed
number?

It's those same criminals calling from "Account Services" offering to lower your interest rates. It's always a young woman as the robot who speaks with a strong "Valley Girl" accent.
Why doesn't the FBI and the Federal gov do something about these criminals? They are predators who steal money from the innocent, gullible and elderly. Everyone has been complaining for more than 7 years about these crooks and yet they still are in business.

She is collecting a debt for Borgess Medical Center and wants a payment now. I asked for her first name and she would not give it. I gave her mine and said she should give me hers. She said that she would take me to court and then hung up. This number calls me several times a day and hangs up when I answer. Very annoying. Bunch of crooks they are. Breaking the law too.

This was a recorded message that I have received about 15 times in the last 3 weeks. Push "1" to speak with a representative, push "2" to be removed from our calling list. My number is on the Texas "do not call" registry, I've pushed "2" multiple times and the calls keep coming. I have pushed "1" and told the person who answers to please remove my name. The first one said "okay" and made me feel like he really removed my number (ha!ha!), the second and third times, they just hang up when they discover I am complaining and not buying their product. Who do I complain to?

I have been at WAR with these people for the past year and a half. I no sooner get to stop calling on one phone number and they start up all over again with a different number, which is always from a different state than the number before it.
I have a record of over 150 calls from over 50 phone numbers. They call themselves Account Services, or Credit Card Services. They offer to lower your interest rate on outstanding debt on Visa or Master Card (no other cards are accepted). To "Qualify" you must have over $4000 in debt at an interest rate higher than 10%.
Then they want to verify that you are in good standing on at least one card. Of course that means a card you are not delinquent and has a high available credit.
They will not give you a valid call-back number, I finally weaseled a business address from them, supposedly here in Houston, but the area code that showed up on my phone was in Denver. and the address did not exist. When I ask for a faxed application, they dodge, hang up and bail.
They want your information, but they will not give you anything to identify them. This spells one thing only

When it started it was only once a month they would call. Now it is 3-5 calls in a single day. Either hang up and tolerate the hassle, or file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI.
I have two complaints with the FTC and one with the FBI.
