Selling motorcycle and received a text from "Jordan" who cannot call because they are deaf and can only text.
Wanting to purchase for Dad as a gift.
Wanted to buy using paypal only. Sent information then "Jordan" wanted me to transfer money to Western Union to pay for transport company. Of course, after it was all in my paypal account.
