I answered saying " This is so and so police dept, officer so and so, how may I assist you?" There was a 5 second pause and a man said" sorry wrong number" and hung up. LOL I did this to one last week who was calling every day and not leaving a message and a lady said the same thing and I havent heard back again. Try it, it works.
