You keep them on the phone as long as you can I kept these morons on for 17:53 (time counter on my work phone). THe guy couldn't get any where with me. They will try to say that they are a para legal but can't even tell the diff from a supena and a warrent.... They use scare tactics that violates the law. Once they saw they couldn't get anywhere with me the calls stopped so far it has been a week but I am hoping they call cause I plan on doing the same thing to them and tie the lines up. Also GOOGLE is your friend get everything you can out of them an google it. The attorney of theirs they said wasn't even an attorney but a lie detector specialist. These people are idiots but sometimes threats and scare tactics work until they come across someone like me.

I was left a message from a man with a thick accent, possibly from india...I am not too sure..but he threatened me on the voice mail indicating that if me nor my attorney didn't call him back immediately, I would be sorry. I felt threatened and scared. I called the number back and could barely understand the representative that was on the line...He then called out my name and address, which scared me even more...He never disclosed why he was calling..He just said he was going to send someone to my house..I told him that I felt that this could be some kind of terrorist threat and continued to ask what was the nature of his call....He then asked me was I a nigga and then disconnected the call. What can I do...I don't even feel safe Please give me some advise...I am thinking about going to the police for assistance.

Recieved a threatening call from the Indian man (with the american name),threatening that i was going to get arrested at work, he yelled at me, cursed at me. I recived a call at a few minutes after 6 friday evening, was told that i was going to go to jail if i did not pay them, and they wished me luck if i didnt get them the money they wanted. tthey told me i needed to call my lawyer ( labor day weekend after office hours?!)... I called them back 8 minutes after I hung up with them, and the number they gave me to call back was busy over and over . the number they called me from was disconnected. I have called my lawyer and they said they get calls about these people daily. I will be reporting them to the florida district attorneys office.

Called stating I was to call back immediately...urgent..not a person with good english (foreigner - middle eastern accent). Said if I didn't return my call I would be arrested at my place of work. I don't owe any one anything. This is someone who is a scammer. Something should be done to catch these people!

Called and threatened to sue me. This is the second scammer in two days. They have an account number which was open in April 2010 but said I owed money from Nov 2008. When I told him, I was going to send the police after him for fraud and harassment they hung up.

They called me asking to speak with my boyfriend.I told them that he wasn't in at the moment, and if I could take a message.He proceeded to say that my boyfriend was in danger of being arested. I asked who he was, and he hung up the phone. I called back pretending to be my boyfriend and he said he owes a loan and will be picked up by officials within 24hours,and that he better have an attorney and sorry this had to happen to him. I was scared. They need to be behind bars for calling and harassing people for no reason at all.
