recieved a call from a guy with an indian ascent saying I owed money to cash advanced that I never recieved and that I would be arrested since I refused to pay over the phone.

same story, but my indian's name was "david clark"....i sure hope nobody falls for this load of crap. I wasted AN HOUR at WORK getting this "taken care" of!!! argh!!! scared the poo out of me - even though I knew I had done nothing wrong, I was FREAKED!

A WOMAN NAMED AMBER ADAMS CALLED ME SAYING I OWED MONEY TO A PAYDAY LOAN COMPANY AND HAD NO INFO FOR ME. SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS JUST COLLECTING MONEY FOR THE COMPANY AND HAD NO INFO EXCEPT MY LAST 4 OF MY SOCIAL MY EMAIL AND ADDRESS AND SAID I OWED 300 OR 350 SHE DIDNT KNOW AND BECAUSE I REFUSED TO PAY HER SHE WAS SENDING A WARRENT OUT FOR MY ARREST. AND I WOULD BE BROUGHT TO CAL. FOR ARANMENT AND TRIAL. AND WOULD HAVE TO PAY 5500.00 IN THE END. EXPEXT THE POLICE AT MY DOOR MONDAY. OR AT MY WORK IF I'M NOT HOME. AND WAS TOLD HOPE YOU ENJOY JAIL SHE SAID.

Received a call this morning at my job from someone who left the name Jack Smith, they contacted my office and got the front desk receptionist, she informed me that Jack Smith called before I made it to work and that he refused to leave a vm when she tried to transfer him to my vm. I called the number back and the person answered the phone stating they were a law firm and I informed her at that time to tell Jack Smith not to contact my work number again. She claims she took my name and that she would relay the message. He only told the receptionist that it was regarding a legal matter, I have no idea what the call is about. I have received calls before from a man with an Indian accent who informed me that something bad was going to happen to me if I didn't call them back right away. When I told him that something bad would happen to him if he continued to call me he got a little alarmed and hung up.

This crazy sounding guy with an Indian accent called to tell me that "I had to trust him... i was wanted and had charges pending against me, he wanted me to give him the number to my lawyer so he could take care of the case for me"... he wouldn’t tell me what the case was when I asked him what this was regarding he said : oh my god, no one told you about this problem” he said that in an effort to panic me, so I gave him the number to my lawyer and after the shock of my actually having a lawyer wore off he said " uhm, oh,ok thanks bye" I think he expected me to freak out and do what he wanted me to do but when I said I don’t know what your talking about and oh hey, her is the the number to my lawyer, talk to her, he lost interest and got off the phone!

They said it was legal matter due to a payday loan I suppposedly took out. They also said I had one hour to make payment arrangements with them after that it would be too late for them to help. I couldn't even hardly understand them due to the static, background noise and horrible accent.

A guy by the name of Officer John Parker from 904-410-1943 . Has called my phone and try to get me to send money via Walmart Money gram. When I said I would not he threaten Me. He kept calling my phone and harrassing me. He said that I owed money and if I don't pay it he will come to my house and arrest me. I told him to come but ne never showed up
