cardmember services when i ask them not to call (by law if you tell them not to call they cannot call u back) they hang up on me and call back a few days later from a different number

Since the caller refused to stop calling me, I searched online for a way to stop them. I came across a comment that said calling 866-246-7196 was a do not call request service (albeit for a small number of clients that call consumers) but is quite helpful. You give the caller's and receiving phone numbers and wait the 1-2 business days processing time. I did so, and it did in fact stop these calls (and a similar phone number too).
