Someone called me stating that my brother had a litagation and ultimately a "restraining order" filed against him in a local court. They also left a number I should use to referance the call by A32xxxx. They gave 24-48 hours to contact my attorney and respond. When I called the number back there was no answer and I just heard music playing. SCAM! So while I was waiting for someone to pickup I goggle this number 570-983-0544 and started reading the comments written and then I hung up without waiting for anyone to answer. However, I feel they will call back later and my plan of action will be to record what they say with another cell phone and then report it to the police with the recording.

This guy called me at work while i was teaching and told me i had a restraining order out on me. I asked him for all the information about why he was calling and all legal paperwork that he needed to provide me before i would answer his questions. He told me to call 5709830544 they would answer any questions that i had. i told him this is a scam and you are the artist. Legally you need to produce paperwork that i may see and have my authorized signature on it. This guy Todd willis kept on telling me to call 5709830544. I said please do not bother me here at work i am going to report you for harassing me at work and I know this is a scam. Todd willis said please call back 5709830544 they will answer questions. I just hung up after that.

Report this person immediately to the PA Sheriff; 570.963.6719. They are a scam. They say you have a restraining order against you but they are actually trying to collect on old debt that has been settled or paid (ex. Citi Financial or Visa or a loan you took out). They are currently going by the name of Central Processing Services but you cannot find them anywhere on the internet. They will only be stopped by the law, so call the sheriff now. If they call you more than once call your local police department as well (that is what the sheriff told me to do). DO NOT give them any information or verify anything. I was contacted by "special investigator Kevin Smith."
By law you would be served if you were being taken to court. Stop these people by reporting them. Know you rights; by law if they are contacting you for debt they cannot do it under false pretenses. They must send you written notification as well. If that is not done with in 5 business days then you can counter sue them.
They also gave a bogus fax number of 440-756-7419

We received a call stating "pending legal matters" and a "restraining order." I checked here first, thinking it sounded like a scam and did not call them back. Sounds like the same scam as everyone below. Hopefully, we can find a way to make some kind of legal report against them. I imagine impersonating a court of law is a pretty big deal. We will see.

This person called my parent's home and said I had pending legal matters and needed to contact my attorney and respond within 24 - 48 hours. When I called the number back from MY cell there was no answer and I just heard music playing. SCAM! I will tell my parents to call the police next time they make contact!

This "special agent", called my boyfriend and left a message stating that there was a litigation and a pending restraining order against me. 1st off for those of you that don't know the LAW it is ILLEGAL for anyone to disclose any personal information about anyone to anyone else.
When you call the number they give you it plays music then someone comes on asks you for the "complaint" number, they place you on hold, then the recording says GOOD BYE, they are trying to track the number you are calling from so that they can have it for their records to keep harassing you some more. They just don't know that some people have relatives in higher places than they are and that the re-precaution to their "legal" stattings will get them into A WHOLE LOTTA trouble.

"Officer/Agent Steve" called my home, my cell and my mother's home (God knows who else) threatening of litagation due to litagation and ultimately a "restraining order" filed against me???? This is ridiculous. Gave 24-48 hours to contact my attorney and respond. I called back and when I told an unnamed girl thatI was involving the police, the girl made a computer voice say "goodbye" and disconnected the call. Very unnerving and harassing.
