Report this person immediately to the PA Sheriff; 570.963.6719. They are a scam. They say you have a restraining order against you but they are actually trying to collect on old debt that has been settled or paid (ex. Citi Financial or Visa or a loan you took out). They are currently going by the name of Central Processing Services but you cannot find them anywhere on the internet. They will only be stopped by the law, so call the sheriff now. If they call you more than once call your local police department as well (that is what the sheriff told me to do). DO NOT give them any information or verify anything. I was contacted by "special investigator Kevin Smith."
By law you would be served if you were being taken to court. Stop these people by reporting them. Know you rights; by law if they are contacting you for debt they cannot do it under false pretenses. They must send you written notification as well. If that is not done with in 5 business days then you can counter sue them.

This evening, March 6 2012, I received a call from 607-767-0057 at 9:46 PM, Edmonton time. The male caller said his name was Kevin and that he was calling from Microsoft Windows. I asked if he was aware that it was 9:46 PM and he said he was. I told him it was unacceptable. He said he was calling about a serious problem with my computer. I asked for his last name - Smith. I asked for an office number I could reach him at and he gave me 4 different numbers - 1) 1-201-114-2095, 2) Got all confused & I didn't get the number, 3) 1-201-1395, 4) 1-201-113-9543. I asked for the name of the company he worked for - Microsoft Windows. I asked for his office address - New Jersey. I asked for the full address - Cherry Hill, New Jersey. I asked for the street adress - he hung up!

Received numerous calls on my cell phone from this number. Couldn't answer...messages left stating investigation on my ss number. Yesterday called job #1...told receiptionist they were Bureau of Crime Investigation and I must call them immediately. Returned call...talked to some woman and told her I had not borrowed money from these people. She told me to retain an attorney and hung up on me. They called my cell again this morning. I told them I wanted to talk to someone who could speak English. He still had a foreign accent. Told him to fax me paperwork that I signed. Basically told me at that point that I would be crying in front of him within 24 hours and begging him cos he would have my job. Told me he did not have to prove anything to criminal. Told him I was not a criminal and hung up. Got yet another call from the number on my cell phone within ten minutes. This time to speak to Angela ?????. Told him this was not her and who I was...he couldn't find my paperwork...waited and waited...nothing. Guy acted like he couldn't understand that I was telling him I wasn't this Angela person. Finally told him, "This is NOT Angela whoever...this is Rebecca and when you find my paperwork you can call me back." In the meantime I have blocked their number on my cell phone and am waiting on them to call my job. Have filed complaint with the local police and Internet Crime Complaint Center. Have thought about calling them yet again to ask if they have found "my paperwork" but afraid to stir up more crap although I feel that is within my rights as they are trying to pull a scam in my opinion.

This foreign middle eastern man or shall I say pig, called me and left a voice mail stating that there was a lawsuit filed against me for not paying an online payday advance and that it was under criminal investigation. So, of course I called the number back to see what this was about. This "Kevin Smith" & his thick accent ran down my name, ss#, cdl#, my place of employment & my banking institution. He said that I had rec'd payment of money into my bank acct but failed to pay it so now, the company he represents has a lawsuit against me. He said that if I pay it off now, he would waive the interest & late fees as a favor. I asked him how much the loan was for (knowing I never got a payday loan) & he stated that he could resolve this issue if I paid $300. I said, how much was the loan for & he paused & said $100. I said, so you want me to pay $200 more? I thought you would waive the fees. He said that he was, & that I was being charged for his services which was cheaper than the court fees. Anyway, I told him, there hasn't been any money deposited directly into my bank account except for my payroll & that I was printing out my bank statements as we speak. He said then I will be summons to court & will have to face the judge then. This guy or group of middle easterns are taking our american people for a ride. I was yelling at him & telling him what I really think he is & left him speechless. I immediately called my local non emergency police dept & reported this. Please everyone, take heed.

THESE PEOPLE CALL ME ALL THE TIME AT WORK AND AND MY CELL PHONE ALONG WITH MY FAMILY CELL PHONES TELLING ME I OWE THEM MONEY FROM A LOAN I TOOK OUT WITH CASH NET USA ..I ASK THEM TO FAX ME OR SEND ME SOMETHING IN WRITTING A COPY OF THE LOAN OR BILL AND THEY REFUSE AND TELLS ME THEY WILL NOT STOP CALLING UNTIL I PAY THEM 650 DOLLARS ..IF I DONT THEY WILL SEND THE POLICE TO COME ARREST ME .. I WORK IN THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY AND WHEN I EVEN HAD MY BOSS TELLING THEM THAT THEY CANNOT BE CALLING THE POLICE DEPARTMENT,THE AGENT WAS ARGUING SAYING THAT HE IS THE LAW ENFORCEMENT ..THEY CALL IN ALL THE TIME WITH DIFFERENT NAMES AND NUMBERS AND WHENEVER I TELL THEM NOT TO CALL ME AT WORK THEY STILL DO, SO I TOLD THEM TO GO AHEAD AND SUE ME THEY JUST THREATENED TO SEND SOMEONE TO COME AND ARREST ME ..SO I REFUSE TO SEND THEM ANYTHING UNTIL I GET SOMETHING IN WRITTING AND TELLS THEM I AM GOING TO CHARGE THEM WITH HARRASSMENT AND THEY JUST HANG UP.. SO I CALL BACK NUMEROUS TIMES ASKING THEM TO SEND ME SOMETHING IN WRITTING AND THEY JUST TELL THAT NO ONE OVER IN THEIR OFFICE CALLED OR THAT PERSON IS NOT THERE OR JUST NOT ANSWER ALL OF MY CALL BACK .. I HATE THESE MIDDLE EASTERN SOUNDING JERKS,,THEY STOP FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS THEN I GET THE CALLS AGAIN... I ALSO REPORTED THESE PEOPLE TO THE BBB,FBI VIA INTERNET AND ALSO HAD COPS AND INVESTIGATORS GET IN THE YELLING MATCH WITH THEM AND THEY JUST HANG UP..
