man called, knew my name, said he was calling to see if my magazines arrived in good condition and on time (he was unable to identify the magazines I subscribe to)

the man then said they wanted to help me lower my subscription payments to $14.95 per month. I told him I did not spend that much on magazines and he hung up.

keep receiving calls from this number even after I answered and they keep asking for someone named Joseph. I have advised that there is not a Joseph that owns my phone # and have asked repeatedly that the number be taken off their calling list. i have even called the number back and once received a recording stating "you have reached customer service, we are unavailable, please leave a message". I left a message which wasn't very nice and these idiots still keep calling and harassing me. When I have asked what the nature of the call is, they respond it is about a magazine subscription that Joseph supposedly took out. I have warned them that if they keep calling, I will find out what company they are representing and report them to the BBB but that still hasn't stopped the calls. These people need to be stopped immediately!
