Just got this same call, foreign-sounding fast speaker. I hung up after just a few seconds when he started talking. Glad I did that, after seeing the reports here.

stated was calling from company that identified files being downloaded to my computer that the antivirus didn't pick up. He tried to get me to access my computer with him on the phone. I hung up.
