I received a call on my cell from a man claiming he was from Wiztech communications. He said I needed to get in front of my computer because there was a suspected problem with my pc. He said that he was doing an update to protect my computer from viruses. I asked him what computer and he told me the one your husband Daniel is registered in. At that point I told him I am not aware of the phone number or company you are calling me from and I will be reporting you. I hung up. The phone number that came up on my cell was 572-286-9973. He had a foreign accent and was very pushy. What concerns me most is that he knew my husbands name without me even giving that to him. I am afraid that this may be some kind of scam to get individuals to release debit or credit card info or even to allow the person to hack into the computer. I reported this person to the FBI and the FCC. DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!

stated was calling from company that identified files being downloaded to my computer that the antivirus didn't pick up. He tried to get me to access my computer with him on the phone. I hung up.

GOT A CALL ON MY CELL 572-286-9973 ON JAN 29 AND A COUPLE BEFORE THAT...CALLER STATES I PURCHASED ANTIVIRUS AND THERE WAS A PROBLEM...I ASKED WAS HE REPRESENTING OMG, A COMPANY I HAD PURCHASED PROTECTION FROM IN JUNE OF THIS YEAR (1ST TIME I HAD BEEN SCAMMED), WHO IS PRESENTLY SHUTDOWN AND UNDER INVESTIGATION...AND WAS LOOKING TO GIVE ME A REFUND...WHEN I SAID THIS, HE IMMEDIATELY SAID WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR ABOUT A REFUND AND TIME TO RECEIVE...I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT CLOSE TO MY COMPUTER BUT AT WORK....SEEMED ODD...THUSLY.. I CAME ACROSS THIS SITE...THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP... I HAVE BECOME VERY PARANOID ABOUT THIS...HE IS CALLING BACK TODAY AND IF I CAN UNDERSTAND HIM, I WILL SEE HOW LONG I CAN CURSE HIM UNTIL HE HANGS UP..THANKS AGAIN
