This company called me today at my work and told me that a summons would be served on me at my place of employment or home. She was very rude and said she could not tell me the company behind the summons. She said I owed over $400 on an account purchased by some investors and lawyers. Yes I was only allowed to speak with a person after saying I was the person they were looking for.

This # was used today. This company has used several different #'s to harass me on a weekly basis. They are using the incorrect name and claiming that they have a filed a fraud claim in my county against me and I will be subpoenaed for court for said fraud claim. This is a scam. They called me on a weekly basis using a different name. I was not allowed to speak to a live person until I confirmed that I was the person they were seeking. I pushed yes just to be able to speak to a live person and the call was disconnected. They have since called me on a weekly basis harassing me to give them my banking information and to "Admit" that I'm the person they are seeking.
These people are crooks who someone obtained my cell #.
