This company called me today at my work and told me that a summons would be served on me at my place of employment or home. She was very rude and said she could not tell me the company behind the summons. She said I owed over $400 on an account purchased by some investors and lawyers. Yes I was only allowed to speak with a person after saying I was the person they were looking for.

We got a call last wednesday saying the same thing but was funny is my husband didn't have a account open when they said the money was deposited into the account. They said they are going to file fraud charges against my husband and that he is lieing. We spoke to Ms. Jones ID#6306
