Wanted money or something, couldn't understand him very well. He claimed to be with the IRS and "wished me luck" if I or my attorney did not get back with him.

Caller (caller ID says the number was from NY)claimed to be with the IRS and I was to contact them back or my Lawyer was to contact them. If I did not I was "on my own" The caller had a very strong accent that did not sound like a New York accent.
