Caller claimed to be with the IRS

I just got a call. He said if he didn't hear back from me or my attorney then he wishes me luck.

Caller (caller ID says the number was from NY)claimed to be with the IRS and I was to contact them back or my Lawyer was to contact them. If I did not I was "on my own" The caller had a very strong accent that did not sound like a New York accent.
