I just received a call from this number. It started with a recording saying "Hi, this is Heather" and advertising to lower my credit card interest. I pressed 2, and was connected to a live person. The person asked if I wanted to reduce my interest rate. I told him that I wanted to be removed from their lists, and by the time I was done speaking he had hung up the phone on me.
