Two calls in two days from this company. I have reported this company and "Rachael" to the National No Call folks, and have continued to receive calls from Card services for a couple of years now. It is an automated message from "Rachael." She says there's nothing wrong with our credit cards. She says this is our last notice to receive a lowered interest rate. I have punched "3" to have them take us off further notices, I have punched "1" to ask a representative to do the same thing.
I have talked with nice reps, who assure me I will be removed from their list, and to other reps who've hung up on me. What I've discovered is, pressing "3" only assures the "bot" making the call, that there's someone live on the other end. Speaking to a rep is useless.
So I report these folks to the No Call Registry, and then I punch "1" to speak to a rep, and I let them listen to whatever judge show is on television.
