I received the same exact message as Lisa P (noted on 5/20/15), except with the full intro re: calling from the IRS & asking me or my latest attorney of record to return the call.

same thing, i called both numbers, the one that called and the one that was given, its an irs scam. if you talk back to them telling them they are impersonating an officer and a scam they hang up on you. then you cant reach em again... its a Verizon line

Same as above except I called back, was hung up on twice, the third time this Asian sounding guy claimed I had committed fraud, that he had all the proof, claimed I owed $3000. I finally hung up.

Received 2 calls today with the same message left on my cell phone. Speaking with some type of accent.
"My name is Officer Andrew Stainley. The hotline to my division is 804-414-2453. I repeat my number is 804-414-2553. Now don't try to disregard this message and do return the call. If you don't return the call or I don't hear from your attorney either then the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation badly unfolds on you. So give me a call back as soon as you get this message. Thank you"
No idea who this is. The beginning of the message was actually cutoff.
