said there was a probl with my computer. Wanted me to access my computer. I asked him 4 his call back #, however: he wd not acknowledge my request. kept asking me to go to my computer. I hung up.

Caller claimed to be "Chris" and was going to help me with a virus on my computer. After I appeared to be interested he transferred me to someone else. While waiting I turned my computer into airplane mode. A different man began to talk to me and told me to click into the "windows icon" button and R. Then he asked what came up now. I then told him it was a message that read "don't call me again you @#$%&*@#$%$#@@", he then hung up on me.
