They claimed I defaulted on a loan in 2012, but couldn't give me the name of the loan. When I told them not to call again, and I wanted all of this in written form, she couldn't wait to get off the phone. As I was hanging up she finished with the threat of "see you in court."

They said I owed a loan off line but could not tell me where loan money went. And told me to pay $510 or they take me to court and ask for $2510 to pay court fees and loan. It is a scam once I asked about the loan name they would not give to me said it was legal. If was legal u can tell me where I g ot this so called loan from and how the money was sent to me. And they only call and go on your email. They don't send mail

called me asking for my sister, I told them I was not her, this was never her number and she accused me of lying and that this was the number given to her, etc.... they called me 8 times the day before, I told them I was pressing telecommunications harassment charges against them, to remove my number as I am not her and hung up on her
