Their name is Prime West Management Recovery LLC. They are an ILLEGAL COLLECTION AGENCY HUB. Their address is 109 North Maple Suite C, Corona, CA 92880. They also are listed under the number 866-969-7222. They are one of the numerous companies that purchase closed, finalized, or "Zombie" credit reports that ABCNews reported on. Their tactics are Illegal to the FDCPA and have caused people to give their personal information, such as Social Security, FULL Financial Information, and Bank account access, They are not listed by the BBB and have been reported to the FTC on multiple counts.
They will claim to be the "Sheriff's Department" and have a summons to court for outstanding credit issues. They will try to have the person, who owes the debt, to pay the full amount or "lower the debt" in order to pay off in smaller payments. They will want any way to get the payment, Credit Cards, Bank Accounts, and so on. They have been known to use the names Don, Shannon.
If you get a call from either these numbers. Report it to the FTC.

They called my parents house, I left the US 10 years ago. They advised this to the callers. They implied they from from Broward County Court. They said I had to call back within 3 hours as they were serving summons papers.
After I called back it was verified it was not me. Different date of birth.
My mom googled the number and it has transpired this is a collection agency, apparently they are calling all over the US representing themselves as a county's court office which is illegal.

Prime West Management Recovery LLC will go to any length to gather information from ANYONE in regards to the old outdated debts they have purchased for pennies on the dollar. In most cases the debts don't even exist any longer and they know it.
Their tactics are all illegal so DO NOT give them ANY INFORMATION PERIOD. If you call them back be sure to call them from a phone that is random like possibly a cell phone at a Verizon Store, ATT Store, T-Mobile Store or wherever. I think you get the picture.
They will tell you that they are with SUch and such County but never say they are a County employee. THey will then tell you that if you do not call them back within a certain number of hours that they will send uniformed officers out to your residence or work or wherever. The truth to it is they don't know where you are at which is why they are using these types of tactics. What ever information they can get from you whether or not you actually ever pay them increases the value of the debt collection case connected to you so they can sell it for a higher price later on down the line.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION AND DO NOT PAY THEM A PENNY!!!! NEVER!! If you do you're an idiot which means that other scammers like Prime Western Debt Recovery LLC will soon be calling you too because this makes you an EASY TARGET not to mention a dumb ass!!

According to the State Department there is only 1 (ONE) employee which means that this is someone doing business in their basement and using the address above as their business address. Most likely this i as Mail Boxes Etc or some other type of postal store.
