I just got this call at work and they are stating that I owe a pay day loan from 2011 and not they want me to pay $900 asked if they can provide proof and they stated they do not need to provide proof. these people are daring and wonder if something can be done.

THese people have been calling my dad and my fiancé claiming I owe them $ from back in 2010 and wil not provide proof that this is legit or send me any documentation and are threating to garnish my wages etc. I feel this is a scam because they will not give me proof and they haven't even tried calling me first so I called them tonight and they want me to fork over 1000 yea right stop calling me

this collection company continues to call my house number ,and cell phone trying to collect a debt from my grandson ,he said that he has never heard from the company that they say he owes from, I told them that if they call my home again I will sue the company,they cannot seem to understand that I am in one state and he is in another ,they need to get their numbers straight and stop harassing people,this is a scam and I am tired of them leaving threatening messages on my phones

This lady called me back in Sept. 2015 and stated I had taken out a pay day loan in 2009 and failed to pay it back. I asked you it was and I was told that she couldn't tell me what company. I told her to send papers and she threaten me with court. I contacted my attorney general Office and sent the email that they sent me. I was told it was a scam and they sent me about 20 pages about the scams. The lady has called me parent's home. They have been reported to several agencies. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.
