Received voice mail from a Miss Johnson stating that I needed to return her phone call ASAP regarding a debt. She stated if I refused to call her back that this would be reported as a refusal and would be out of their hands and their office would forward info. to their Collector. I have in the past 2 mos. received calls similar to this one from different "companies" that refuse to send any form of paperwork proving I owe anything. All of these so called collectors are stating I owe them a debt from 2010. My Lawyer stated he has been receiving numerous phone calls from clients reporting same harassment. How do we stop this!

I have been getting calls that are recorded messages. They never leave any info so I called the number and spoke with a very rude lady who also said I owed a payday loan from 2009. When I told her I didn't recognize the name of the company she said "oh yes you do and I am ending this call" and hung up. Now I keep getting recorded messages from them. I am going to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office.

I just got this call at work and they are stating that I owe a pay day loan from 2011 and not they want me to pay $900 asked if they can provide proof and they stated they do not need to provide proof. these people are daring and wonder if something can be done.

THese people have been calling my dad and my fiancé claiming I owe them $ from back in 2010 and wil not provide proof that this is legit or send me any documentation and are threating to garnish my wages etc. I feel this is a scam because they will not give me proof and they haven't even tried calling me first so I called them tonight and they want me to fork over 1000 yea right stop calling me

Keep calling saying I owe money but won't provide me with documentation. Tell me i am being sued and will be served with papers at home or work. I have received calls from this company from two different people with different information.

This lady called me back in Sept. 2015 and stated I had taken out a pay day loan in 2009 and failed to pay it back. I asked you it was and I was told that she couldn't tell me what company. I told her to send papers and she threaten me with court. I contacted my attorney general Office and sent the email that they sent me. I was told it was a scam and they sent me about 20 pages about the scams. The lady has called me parent's home. They have been reported to several agencies. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.
