I answered the call personally but the recorded message requested I call back or else he would track me down; that he was from the IRS and implied or said it would be bad to avoid him.

Called and left a message saying he was with the department of Treasury. When I returned his call he didn't know what city and state the department of Treasury was in. Clearly a crook! I asked him how many people he would crook and he said "A Million"

Received a voice mail from this person who said if I don't contact him there could be legal issues. He has a very strong accent and basically threatens that he is warning us. This jerk needs to be stopped!
