Received a call from someone with very broken English, and was told there was a security update that was in error and he wanted me to type something in the command prompt. I asked him which security update was the problem and he could not answer the question. He told me I could not see the error.

Caller claimed to be doing windows technical support. When I told him to remove my phone number from the list -- he refuse to do so stating that he doesnt have to remove it from his list

he proceeded to tell me i had a windows error and that my computer had a problem that he needed to fix via remote viewing so at this point i began to ask questions and he said i had the frozen virus bug. typed it into Google and found nothing about it. guy transferred me to his supervisor then after making fun of his accent and questioning his qualification for technician he said he was going to come to my house and "kill me" then he gave me an address which was suppose to be mine (i wasn't) but its funny and annoying. if you get a call from them just have fun with it. these idiots don't know anything.
