I received a very very freighting email I am scared to death. A warrant for my arrest and a court hearing in a couple of days I just get this today. Saying they have my SSN and have notified the US government to stop my checks of retirement and notified the US FEDS government FBI FTC and homeland security. Please help I am scared to death. This is regarding a Pay Day Loan which I have never had in my life. The total amount they are saying is 13,271.15 excluding loan fee

Got an email listing this number. Claimed I was going to be arrested in 48 hours and there was a summons attached. Said summons clearly had "Summons for Jury Duty" in the background. Troubling aspect is that they do appear to have some pertinent personal details, so I will be forwarding for investigation by the appropriate law enforcement group, starting with the local police.
