He said he was going to my place of employment to serve me court papers. Has anyone ever dealt with First Legacy and were they in fact served with court papers?

I received a very very freighting email I am scared to death. A warrant for my arrest and a court hearing in a couple of days I just get this today. Saying they have my SSN and have notified the US government to stop my checks of retirement and notified the US FEDS government FBI FTC and homeland security. Please help I am scared to death. This is regarding a Pay Day Loan which I have never had in my life. The total amount they are saying is 13,271.15 excluding loan fee
