Got call this morning on my cell. Said hello and silence. Then screeching noise like fax machine. Have no idea who it was. Called at 9:45 am.

This number called me four times in a row. First time i said hello, no reply so i hung up. Second time they hung up as soon as i said hello. Then they called right back again for a third time i answered and said to stop calling if ur not gonna talk then they hung up. The fourth time i simply declined to answer and no voicemail was left.

Called at 1:23am. Answered since it was late at night fearing bad news. Was a credit card company (no name) offering new low rates. Why can't we block these calls. We never answer during day numbers we don't know. Am really ticked.

Recieved 2 calls from this number. Appeared as though no one was on the other end. I said "hello" several times and it remained silent. They then hung up. Second time the called, less than a minute after the first call, same thing except I hung up after 15 seconds.

Got a call, on my home phone, with that phone number showing as the caller. That's strange, how can a phone call itself. It was Rachel from Card Services and wanted to lower my interest rate. I got a human on the line, sounded like a India person speaking. After some conversation and him trying to get my credit card number, it finally progress to each of us raising our voices. He then called me a SOB and hung up. Within five minutes the phone rang and this number showed on the caller ID. When I answered the phone there was no one there, the line was just dead. No question in my mind, this was an effort to hassel me.
