This caller threatened to come with a uniformed officer within 72 hours, and to have firearms and large animals put away for everyone's safety. A definite scam, they stated there was aa civil litigation that they needed to serve a summons for, that was associated to my name an social security number. But not once did they mention my name during the call, or tell me what it was in reference to. The kicker... the told me to call a different number
1 844 240-2046 and reference the number on file, however they never gave me a reference number.

I got the same call from 855-294-8002 Alex Scott stating I would be receiving a summons to appear in 72 hours at my home or work accompanied by a uniform officer and to make sure any large animals would be restrained. Further investigation shows I am listed as fraudulently obtaining a payday loan from LPS in January 2012 and never repaying the loan. Of course all payday loans are processed electronically and debited on your payday. What scare tactics are they trying now?
