I got the same call from 855-294-8002 Alex Scott stating I would be receiving a summons to appear in 72 hours at my home or work accompanied by a uniform officer and to make sure any large animals would be restrained. Further investigation shows I am listed as fraudulently obtaining a payday loan from LPS in January 2012 and never repaying the loan. Of course all payday loans are processed electronically and debited on your payday. What scare tactics are they trying now?
