Have received 67 logged Robocalls in the last 75 days from 16 different numbers informing me that there may be an issue with my credit card account...usually between the hours of 9am and noon. These all claim to be someone wanting to issue me a lower rate..wanting my personal information but EXTREMELY HESITANT in giving any company information such as address, licence info or any pertinent info to verify callers. All they will say is Bank Card services, Orlando Fla and will not provide a call back number. I have requested to be removed from their call list on every occasion(and I am on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY).

I receive calls from same company DAILY using different nmumbers!! I tell them I am on the National Don Not Call list, but they do not care! I don'ty even have a credit card & I tell them this & yet they keep calling. I am disabled & I fell trying to get to the phone (a friend was dying of cancer) & bruised my back & hip. The Dr. said I was very lucky I didn't break any bones!! They swear they will take my number off the list, they lie!

Have received calls from same company using different #s for the past 7 years. When I request that they stop calling they hang up on me, when I tell them we are on National DNC list they laugh. When I get angry they become abusive and use foul language. One operator called me a b!tch and added "but you sound like you fu#% good!" Have filed reports with FCC and FTC at least 20 times. Calls continue. They could find Hussein and Bin Laden but apparently do not have the will or know how to stop crooks who prey on the poor and elderly. God Bless America!

There is no opt given to be placed on a no call list and when you stay on line to speak with someone they hang up on you when you ask to be placed on a no call list. My phone is registered with the No call list yet this company still calls with apparently no penalty.

They call several times a day; their recorded message is intended to spark fear in the reci]ipient but it doesn't work! Why are they not on the do not call list?

Called on July 26, 2013 at 5:33pm ET. Called my home phone. Caller ID showed caller's name as "Bank Card Services". Did not recognize number as my local bank so I did not answer call. My phone number is registered with my State's Do Not Call List and the Federal Do Not Call List. These kinds of scammers could care less your number is listed as "Do Not Call". I'm amazed people answer calls from out-of-state callers they do not know and do not have any business dealings with. People should only answer call if they recognize the number as a friend of theirs or a company they are familiar with such as their employer or a company they buy services from, otherwise never answer the phone. Maybe we need to have NSA identify them since 100% of all calls are recorded and identified, it should be easy for NSA to do and then send a local SWAT Team to to wherever they are located and take them to jail like they do when they bust into people's homes. Would love to see the look on their faces when they bust in through several doorways all-at-once in full body armor.

This is "Card Holder Services" on the ID. The operator called it "Bank Card Services", offering lower interest rates on your credit card. I ALWAYS answer and "press 1" when prompted by Bridgette, the robot voice. Then I waste as much of their time as possible, giving (slooooowly...) fake CC#, name, exp. date, last 4 of SSN - whatever they ask for. Each time I try to best my last TBH (Time-Before-Hangup) - my record currently is 12 minutes. I try to mention the National Do-Not-Call Registry before they give up, but wasting their time is priority - they already know that they are violating the DNCR by calling me. They seem to be catching on and giving up earlier, so ultimately, they will start hanging up on actual suckers - at that point their law-breaking business model will become unworkable and maybe they will just fade away...GREAT FUN - can you beat 12 minutes?
