Google it for more details. It really helped me out! You could also get a lawyer to call Mr Noriega and warn him not to call you again.Or you could just start calling him at 3 am Oh, is this an inconvenient time for an unsolicited call? Few times someone who pretended to be an agent called me too, said that cops are coming after me with a warrant and i need to get a lawyer within next 30 min. Fundraiser caller was sorry if call offended but fundraising calls are not regulated by the No Call List, however requested that if we did not want anymore calls we could be added to their no call list which I did. I called them back since they did not answer and it was a local call, when they picked up, what I got was a recording with instructions. We will see if it works

Keep receiving calls for a Chico Rodrigeuz. There is not and never has been a Chico with this number. Called company to advise, they blamed it on the dialer system. I advise calling these jerks and giving them a piece of your mind, since they will eventually answer the phone.

The IRS has LOTS of money (ours) to go after us if we've made a mistake, they should at least be able to cancel the phone#s that are used for these types of Scams! It was a "robo-call", telling me, "The reason for this phone call is the IRS is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number 253-292-3928. I repeat, 253-292-3982. Thank you." They called again, with the same message, and a third time telling me this was my final notice.
