I deciphered it as saying: Bank Of America - Urgent Message. Call: (267) 422-8069. An automated voice answered and said: Your debit card has been deactivated. Please enter the last five digits of your Social Security number. Then enter your sixteen digit debit card number. Do NOT enter your info.
Immediately report this fraudulent activity DIRECTLY to Bank Of America if you get texted.

Received a text to call 213-550-3837 saying it was Bank of America and it sounds legit, but then they ask you to enter your 16 digit card number. I hung up and called BofA 877 number and they said its a fishing call wanting you to enter you card number and personal information. Total Scam.

Definitely a scam. I got a text on my cell phone saying my BoA debit card has been locked and they need to verify my identify. I don't have a debit card with BoA. I called the number and put in a bunch of randomly made up numbers for account, birthday, SSN, etc. and it accepted them without comment. A REAL bank would have gagged because the validity checks would have failed.

She was acting very weird and suspicious i asked for a identification number and she then said we do not have ID°s we can only give you the building number which was 336 Nevada coukd not give me an adress so i got her to transfer me to a supervisor which his name was Jeff he then again got.mad and very strange i asked him fo his ID and and then again said that we dont have IDs and he was not aloud to give us a location besides 336 and that it was located in nevada then refused tk fransfer me got upset amd ended the call i got all the conversation on clear audio tape
