I cut her off to tell her that I was filing a complaint with the FTC, as the number is on the national DNC list and someone obviously wasn't doing their job in consulting it before they called me. And their monitoring system failed, as I do not have any credit card debt at all.

Debt collector that gets you to call them by claiming they are in a pre-legal state (implying they are going to file some sort of legal document). They claim if you don't call them back you lose all legal rights. I have no debts so I ignore the call but they keep calling with the same message. Each time I have 24 hours before I lose all rights. I'm pretty sure something would have to be mailed to me and any legal papers served to me personally. Companies that do this stuff should be put out of business.
